AMAZING service from Draycotts, my son was looking for a car, specific of course and we found a used car at KIA Mansfield Draycotts. We made an appointment with Lewis and he was awesome. Lewis at KIA talked my son through the car, his experiences , allowed us to look at our own leisure and answered all the questions so well. If you need a car from KIA DRAYCOTTS then Lewis is your man, top drawer service!

I bought a second-hand 14 reg Kia Sportswagon from Draycotts at christmas. Although it's high mileage i'm so happy with it! I'd like to complement Lewis Bilbie, Sales Exec for his non pushy polite style also the Service &Parts Deptswho replaced llittle bits i wasn't happy with without dissent or argument. Even fitting me brand new number plates without asking. When i collected the car it was immaculately turned out so thanks to all those concerned. Will highly recommend .

Great service from the guys this weekend on servicing my ProCeed. Not the closest Draycotts to me but the service level is far higher here. Even gave it a quick wash for me as well .

I had a problem with the small battery on my EV6. The AA came to my home, diagnosed it, got me started and by the time I got to Draycotts, the AA man had told them I was coming. 20 minutes later I had a new fitted battery. Excellent service!!

Since this last review, I have re-visited Draycotts and their sales team have been excellent initially Dale who made us feel very welcome and introduced us to Craig when we expressed an interest in a test drive as he would not be in. Craig was equally excellent even when changes were made to Dale's quote.

At no time did we feel under any sales pressure other than my stepson who was buying it anyway.

If I want to find a minor fault, they do not provide complimentary tea and coffee! But service is more important, we visited several other dealerships and two very diabolical either disinterested or dictating when we could have a test drive, that dealer also disputed dirt we found in a fully prepared used car.

1st time ever I bought a used car over the phone without viewing , Jamie reassured me that the car will be fully serviced , Valeted and fresh MOT'd with no advisories ......sounded too good to be true as the car was priced competitively .....I was given a date and to my surprise the car was above my expectations and Jamie did exactly what he promised !...car was serviced, 2 brand new tyres , new drop links and was fully valeted !!......

have just had a major bit of work done on my older Kia, and although there was an initial mix up on the price this was sorted very promptly by the gentleman on the Service reception desk, I was given a loan car for the duration of the repair at no cost! Im not sure of his name or if he was the service manager, was a little older with glasses, shaved hair and was extremely nice! Car is back running nicely, efficiently and at 10 years old has never had any major issues. Thankyou to everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with

Had the car for two weeks , the sat nav needed to be updating did it next day. Will buy from them again . Louis told us about the car and we got what he said .they had made two back number plates for my caravan and tailer. That is how to look after you. Will be back in 2to3 years for next car

Jamie was absolutely fantastic. I got my Kia Niro 3 via Motability and Jamie was extremely helpful throughout. He always greeted me with a smile and never rushed or pressured me and never made me feel like a nuisance (although I am sure I was as I was very excited)!

100% recommend the wonderful people here. After going around most of the dealerships in the area I found Jamie and the rest of the team to be the most helpful which definitely made my decision to go with them even easier!

I recently bought a Kia Ceed from Draycotts, which I'd seen advertised online. Living a good few hours away, I was impressed with how Roger Middleton looked after me as a remote customer and effectively an distance purchase. They arranged part exchange of my Sportage, and also arranged delivery for me and I am over the moon with the car and the customer service involved with the sale. Can't fault it. Been going for at least 25 years if not more. Craig Ward answers all questions don't give you no bull don't pressure in any way. Also if you're not sure walk away and have a think about it they don't think less of you they sooner fa you to be sure its what you want.

Most unbelievable things happened to my life - On 27.2.2022, my friend drove me to the Draycotrs Kia to pick up my car. When getting off the car near the entrance of Kia, I dropped my wallet (with a certain amount of cash which is very important to my family) on the floor without my knowledge. After I went inside the show room, Mr, Jamie told me he picked up the wallet that I dropped, and immediately returned me the wallet with all the money inside. Mr. Jamie is such a nice person and he is the most honest gentlemen I have ever met in my life. I have told thus to all my family and my friends, all they said I am so lucky to met such honest and great gentlemen. Mr. Jamie, I and my family would like to give our special THANKS to you for being so honest and caring.
